Aqu\u00ed se acumula mensualmente el dinero. Es decir, puede ser utilizado por la administraci\u00f3n en caso de que haya que hacer reparaciones urgentes o compras de alto valor. Se debe informar de los montos que se encuentran en la cuenta y cualquier proyecto en que se plantee su utilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, ser\u00e1 responsabilidad de la Junta Directiva, elegida por los propietarios del Edificio, la fiscalizaci\u00f3n de los gastos que se paguen con dinero del fondo de reserva.
